Logging in for the first time?

• If you are an existing Compassion International sponsor, be sure to create your Our Compassion account using the same email address you use to access your account on Compassion International sites. This will help ensure that you see content related to your child on Our Compassion.

For previous OurCompassion.org users:

• For your protection, you must reset your password by clicking "Reset Here."

• Please note your new username provided in the reset password email.

• Your user name is no longer your email address; it is only the first part of your email address:
  • For example, if your email is johndoe@emaildomain.com, your new username is johndoe.

Not receiving the "Reset Password" email:

• If you have not received your reset password email within 15 minutes, please check your spam and junk mail filters.
